RESTORE provides consultative veterinary mobility, rehabilitation, orthopedic, regenerative, and medical strategy guidance for dogs and cats. Services are consultative in nature and do not establish a veterinarian–client–patient relationship (VCPR).

RESTORE does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, or administer medications, hormones, biologics, rehabilitation treatments, or procedures. All medical decisions, prescriptions, treatments, and monitoring remain the responsibility of the pet’s primary veterinarian or specialty provider.

No outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment results are guaranteed.

All consultation services require full payment at the time of booking to secure a scheduled consultation.

Payments are collected for professional time, preparation, medical record review, case analysis, and consultative expertise. By submitting payment, you confirm your intent to proceed and agree to the policies outlined herein.

RESTORE reserves the right to modify consultation rates at any time. Rates in effect at the time of booking will apply.

All consultation fees and payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Appointment cancellation or rescheduling
   
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation
   
• Dissatisfaction with recommendations
   
• Changes in circumstance or medical condition
   

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable.

RESTORE is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client and patient information.

All information submitted through this website or during consultation—including medical records, diagnostic reports, images, videos, and written communications—is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing consultative services.

Information may be shared only:

• With your designated primary veterinarian or rehabilitation provider for care coordination (with your consent), or
   
• As required by law
   

RESTORE does not sell, rent, or distribute personal or medical information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are maintained to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
